• FHI Business Matching Programme
If you find it hard to search and meet best-match partners during exhibition, FHI Business Matching Programme will help you easier find the right partner at the show. The FHI Business Matching system offers each buyer and exhibitor the opportunity to select relevant parties to conduct business meetings. Buyers will be paired with exhibiting companies based on the buyers’ stated interests. Ultimately, the goal of the business matching is to mitigate the hassle of arranging appointments on-site and to ensure that each buyer maximises his/her time at the show. On top of meetings with exhibitors, buyers are also able to allocate time to attend our competitions, seminars, workshops as well as networking functions.
• The 12th Indonesian Salon Culinaire 2019
The largest chef competition in Indonesia, Salon Culinaire returns for its 12th edition alongside Food & Hotel Indonesia 2019. Organised by Association of Culinary Professionals Indonesia (ACP) and endorsed by World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS), the 12th Indoesian Salon Culinaire aims to maximize the skills & creativity all chefs in Indonesia and improve Culinary Science & Arts in Indonesia. Salon culinaire 2019 will have 26 classes consisting of live cooking and food or pastry display with over 400 participants and 60 international and local judges. This year will focus more on bringing Indonesian cuisines to the next level and build up Indonesian Junior Chefs in their skill, motivation. and self-confidence.
• Indonesia Roasting Competition (IRC) 2019
Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia (SCAI) presents Indonesia Roasting Competition (IRC) 2019 Road to Sanction to support not only the coffee industry in Indonesia but also Indonesian coffee roasters to be ready for the World Roasting Competition. IRC 2019 consists of three parts: green grading, sample roasting and production roasting. Coffee Roasting is one of the important part of processing coffee beans to get the best quality of coffee.
• Wine Seminar
Indonesia Sommelier Association (ISA) Jakarta Chapter will take part together with Hatten Education Center (HEC) to conduct a Wine Seminar. This seminar will have Basic Wines Training, Basic Fundamentals of Food and Wine Pairing and Developing Professional Tasting Skills.
