The Vietnam Culinary Challenge 2017 (VNCC) on the other hand is organised by the Saigon Professional Chefs Guild and judged by a distinguished panel of chefs from the region. The VNCC has established itself as Vietnam’s most prestigious culinary competition dedicated to promoting the local culinary excellence. The 7th edition of VNCC is the ultimate arena for professional chefs in Vietnam and beyond to pit their skills up against each other in a three-day series of cook-offs for the coveted title of Grand Champion.
