VIETNAM BARISTA COMPETITION 2017
The Vietnam Barista Competition (VBC) is a prestigious coffee competition held alongside the exhibition. Since its inception in 2006, the VBC has significantly grown in stature and prestige to become an ideal platform for baristas from across the country to learn from peers and enhance their masterly skills, talent and creativity, competing for the honour of being the finest barista in the nation.

VIETNAM CULINARY CHALLENGE 2017
Organised by the Saigon Professional Chefs Guild, Vietnam Culinar y Challenge (VNCC) has established itself as the Vietnam’s most prestigious culinary competition dedicated to promoting local culinary excellence. The 7th edition of VNCC is THE arena for professional chefs in Vietnam and beyond to pit their
skills against one another in a three-day series of ‘cookoffs’ for the coveted title of Grand Champion.

Following the success of previous editions, many sponsors has reinforced their support of the 2017 event and have continued their sponsorship.
