Food distribution trolleys that feature asymmetrical thermal partition wall allow positioning of Gastronorm trays at different depths whether for heating or refrigeration. Its operating system comes in “Basic” where simple programming is done directly on the unit and “Master” system provides integration with a web server and configuration of settings via computer, smartphone or tablet without requiring special software. Its four doors allow for opening the cold and hot compartment separately without the loss of much energy. Usability is highlighted as the top of the trolley can also be used as an additional transport and placement surface. Aesthetically, a selection of 80 different colours for the door and side panels is available.
