The combi steamer that is “Designed Around You” comes with an upgrade of Convotherm-known features of the ACS+ including perfectly harmonised extra functions of Crisp&Tasty with 5 moisture-removal settings, BakePro (5 levels of traditional baking), HumidityPro (5 humidity settings) and a 5-speed settings Controllable fan. Available in touchscreen and manual dial operation, the latter is created for ease of configuration and as all functions are placed on one level, you see everything at once. A new TriColor indicator ring indicates the current operating status: yellow for “in preparation”, red for “in progress” and green for “ready”.
