Let’s look at “What’s HOT 2013 Chef Survey” by The National Restaurant Association in USA. 1,800 chefs from the American Culinary Federation were interviewed on what they think will be hot for food, cuisines and culinary themes in 2013.

How far or accurate will these themes apply to our market here in Asia? Chefs, game on.
