FHT_2< One of the world’s foremost countries in tourism, Thailand’s foodservice and hospitality industry continues to bloom leading to a 22nd successful edition of Food & Hotel Thailand (FHT). The country’s longest running premium international food & hospitality trade event showcased 287 participants from 21 countries. More than 800 brands were on show to impress customers with 5 International Pavilions taking centrestage that included Italy, Japan, South Africa, Taiwan and the USA. FHT_1

In keeping with tradition, FHT2014 once again garnered strong support from leading industry associations including the Thai Hotels Association (THA), Thailand Chef’s Association (TCA), Thai Restaurants Association (TRA), Thai Retailers Association (TRA), the Executive Housekeeper Association, Barista Association of Thailand (BAT), ASEAN Coffee Federation (ACF), Food & Beverage Association of Thailand (FBAT), Food & Beverage Management Association of Thailand (FBMAT), Hotels & Building Chief Engineering’s Club and Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB).

The show recorded a total of 26,550 trade buyers from across Thailand and the region with 68 Professional Groups from 5 countries including Hong Kong, Laos, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. FHT2014 saw strong attendance from hotels, restaurants, resorts, foodservice, cafés, coffee shops, importers, distributors, industry players and many more.
