An intuitive touch screen controller ensures easy operation, ideal for untrained staff and multiunit operators. It allows customisation of up to 50 programs, with pictorial icons and personalised profiles. The catalytic converter allows a ventless operation to maintain a comfortable surrounding while the unit is easy to maintain with only a few moving parts and a heavy duty door without gasket. It also features Enerlogic; providing an Adjustable Energy Saving Mode with the lowest energy consumption during off-peak periods. The oven is big enough for a 14” pizza!
