Food, Hotel & Tourism Bali 2018 (FHT Bali 2018) returned
for the 11th International Exhibition for Equipment, Food & Beverages to support Indonesia’s Tourism & Hospitality Industry. Recognised as a world-class event for food, hospitality & tourism industry, FHT Bali continues to raise the bar at providing the perfect opportunity to meet face to face with potential clients and reconnect with existing customers.

Asia, the largest commercial event organiser in Asia,
China, India and S.E Asia, this premier international food,
hospitality and tourism event attracted key trade-only
buyers from the region’s leading resorts, hotel chains, restaurants, importers. This highly anticipated event provided an undisputed entry point into the thriving and lucrative tourism market. Also incorporated into the event were Retail Indonesia 2018, the 16th International Retail Technology, Equipment, Display and Storage Exhibition.

2018 saw 11,268 attendees from around the region.
Over 1,300 exhibitors and 735 exhibiting companies
from 40 countries around the world showcased theirlatest products, innovations, technologies and services to supply the massive growth in Indonesia’s hospitality sector. These countries included Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, People’s Republic of China, Philippines, Portugal, Scotland, Singapore, South Africa, South of Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, USA, and Vietnam.

Among the concurrent events held at FHT Bali 2018 were Salon Culinaire Chefs contest with 487 competitors from 29 categories organised by Bali Culinary Professionals, Indonesian Coffee Event (ICE) with 22 Barista contestants and Indonesia Sommelier Association (ISA) Bali Chapter with a total of 166 participants.

FHT Bali 2018 is supported by Ministr y of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia, Bali Culinary Professionals (BCP), Barista Guild Indonesia (BGI) sanction by SCAI (Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia), Indonesia Sommelier Association (ISA) Bali Chapter, Indonesian Cold Chain Association (ARPI).
