Cleaning beneath the machine is easy as all technical components are enclosed in the housing or users can choose installation on a base. Butcher shops are able to maximise the washer’s potential because of the Low-Temp wash programme that prevents the coagulation of blood and protein in the dishwasher. It speaks of an ability of saving up to 6,350 kWh per year with an optional heat recovery feature. Monitoring is made easy as VISIOTRONIC control immediately shows display of programme status and can be adjusted at any time.
