management is easy with the easyTouch® Control where all data for visual training, cleaning, maintenance and data collection is clearly displayed on the control panel. It comes with a built-in refrigeration for storage and dispensing which is capable of holding up to 8 beverage flavours while the multi-product dispenser has 2 mixing stations enabling better productivity as it takes less than 40 seconds to prepare a drink and dual mixing improves throughput. Ice is a necessity to blended beverages and its safety, health wise is paramount therefore Multiplex comes with an Ice on Board (IOB) that can avoid potential contamination from manual handling and savings on labour as no manual fill is required for the large capacity of the ice maker. Through Menu Connect, businesses can grow its menu as 1,024 cooking profiles can be stored. Space is effectively maximised as e2s has a 30.5cm cavity out of its 35.5cm width for more flexibility in portion sizes and volume of products to be cooked as the tuned impingement and microwave energy delivers consistently heated food 20 times faster than conventional ovens.
