SCAE BREWING – Intermediate (2 Days). 8 Pax only
Hands-on workshop on learning to analyse grind profile, match the grind to the brewing method and to scientifically measure coffee strength and char t a coffee’s extraction. 12 – 13 April , 10am-5pm
