These units allow total control over the temperature programmed and has a rapid temperature recovery using Irinox’s proven system -Irinox’s Balance system refrigeration system and a thermostatic valve.
Cp One is also equipped with Sanigen®, the patented Irinox air sanification system that sanitises the chamber completely, eliminating bacterial contamination and unpleasant refrigerator odours making it very suitable for confectioners and ice cream makers.
Built with Irinox’s standard construction elements such as automatic door closure with magnetic seal, a pivot hinge for soft door closure, the unit has also Irinox’s signature handle with the cabinet illuminated with LED lighting.
It is available in various versions: single or double door, either completely built in stainless steel or with glass doors.
