Vacmaster-VP112_spec1Vacuum packing liquid items usually involves removing air out of the bag and then sealing the bag but liquids get vacuumed out of the bag too, resulting in less than 100% sealing. To tightly seal liquid contained food items like soup, stew or marinades, VP112 places the vacuum bag to be sealed inside the chamber of the machine. By sucking air out of the
entire chamber, instead of just the bag itself, air pressure on the inside and outside remain equal; allowing the liquid to stay in place. It then seals the bag fully, returning air into the chamber, making it one of the machines that provide a higher level of vacuum. The VP112 is compact and sits comfortably on a counter-top and features a new hinged lid that provides tidiness in storage, plus user friendliness with LCD panel and an easily visible pressure indicator.
