Deep frying without the need of ventilation is made possible with Autofry® that uses the internal venting system containing mesh filter and charcoal. This enables start-ups to get into business quickly as there is no need to fix a ventilation and hood system to absorb the smoke from deep frying. The programmable presets, standby mode and Simplifry™ technology which automatically adjusts cooking time based on the quantity of product being prepared per fry cycle ensures that each piece of food is fried to perfection, no matter how many pieces needs to be cooked at that time. Taking into account user-friendliness, the Autofry® only needs the user to feed the food product into the entry chute, select the fry time on the keypad or from the earlier programmed presets and wait for the cooking process to complete and be automatically delivered to an exterior receiving tray.

The Autofry® deep fryer is available in entry level models fashioned as a simple counter top fryer to a dual basket model. Operators can choose models that support 2, 4, or 6 pounds of products per fry cycle or one that is made for large scale production. All models are fully enclosed, ventless while the low-cost installation helps in maximising the operator’s investment.
