Ideal for tropical conditions, the IM-220A Cube Ice Maker is able to produce up to 220kgs of perfectly uniformed cubes of ice daily. A vertical design measuring 560 X 639 X 775 mm ( width x depth x height) helps maximise space in today’s kitchens that are getting smaller. Built with stainless steel to ensure protection against rusting as well as giving the machine a sleek look, while a slide-in air filter makes cleaning easy. The IM-220A is also fitted with a Smart Computer Board Technology that contributes to its user-friendliness factor.
In terms of hourly production, the machine is able to churn out 3.2kgs / 140 pieces of ice per cycle with a freeze cycle time of 20 minutes and for every 1kg of ice, it uses 1.7L of water. Users do not have to worry about contamination of ice cubes as Hoshizaki’s ice machines are “certified as capable of delivering food grade ice suitable for use in food and beverage facilities” in accordance with the HACCP International Food Safety Certification Systems. The unit comes with a warranty comprising 2 years parts and labour on the entire unit, including a 3rd year on the compressor but excludes door and exterior damages.
